Sherri is the office manager for the Intelligent Processing of Materials Lab. She is responsible for grant management of approximately 11 grants in excess of $10m. A native of Charlottesville, Sherri received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Averett University in Danville Virginia. Prior to becoming a member of the IPM Lab, Sherri was employed by the University of Virginia Medical Center as a supervisor in the Medical Center Finance Department as well as being employed with the Women's Place at UVA where she was very passionate about women's issues, especially domestic violence. Sherri is the mother of two children and 1 grandchild.
